7-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Macy smartwatch. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 7 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included.
Products that have been physically damaged by the customer, have missing accessories, or show signs of use (scratches, wear) are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Log into your account and navigate to your order history, or email us at returns@heymacy.ai with your order number. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no cost.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Contact us and we'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original product.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For UPI and card payments, the refund will reflect within 5-7 business days. For net banking, it may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at support@heymacy.ai. We will replace the product free of charge or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
