Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.

Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days across India.

Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (available in select metros — Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune). Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@heymacy.ai within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We currently do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a complete street address for delivery.
