Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Heymacy website (heymacy.ai) and purchasing Macy products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to display settings.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when the product is shipped.

We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and select wallets through our payment partner Razorpay. All transactions are processed in a secure, PCI-DSS compliant environment.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software — is the property of Heymacy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Macy smartwatches are consumer electronics and are not medical devices. Health data (heart rate, SpO2, sleep tracking) is intended for general wellness purposes only and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heymacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
