1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Every Macy smartwatch comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What's Covered

Display malfunctions not caused by physical damage.

Battery defects (significant degradation beyond normal wear within the warranty period).

Sensor failures (heart rate, SpO2, accelerometer, etc.).

Software issues that cannot be resolved through updates.

Charging-related defects (charging port, wireless charging coil).

Connectivity issues (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC, cellular) due to hardware defects.

What's Not Covered

Physical damage from drops, impacts, or crushing.

Water damage beyond the rated resistance (misuse in conditions exceeding 5 ATM / IP68).

Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.

Cosmetic wear including scratches on the case, strap, or display.

Damage from use with non-Macy accessories that cause malfunction.

Normal battery degradation over time.

How to Claim Warranty

Contact our support team at warranty@heymacy.ai with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

If a repair or replacement is needed, we will arrange a free pickup from your address. Turnaround time for warranty service is typically 7-10 business days.

Extended Warranty

Want extra peace of mind? We offer an extended warranty plan that adds an additional year of coverage. You can purchase this at checkout or within 30 days of your original purchase.
